Mr. Hubbard previously served as COO of Medical Center of McKinney (Texas), part of HCA North Texas.
In his new role, Mr. Hubbard will oversee Mercy Fort Smith’s operations as well as Mercy’s regional hospitals in Ozark, Paris and Waldron, Ark.
