Emily Randle has been appointed CEO of MemorialCare Orange Coast Medical Center in Fountain Valley, Calif., effective May 1.
Ms. Randle has served as COO of Orange Coast Medical Center since 2012, according to an April 15 health system news release.
She will succeed CEO Marcia Manker, who is retiring at the end of April.
The appointment comes as Shela Kaneshiro, BSN, RN, marked one year as CEO of Saddleback Medical Center in Laguna Hills, Calif., as part of a broader leadership transition plan.
Both hospitals are part of Fountain Valley, Calif.-based MemorialCare.
