Memorial Regional Health CFO to step down in June: 5 notes

Denise Arola, CFO of Craig, Colo.-based Memorial Regional Health, plans to retire at the end of June.

Here are five notes:

1. Ms. Arola joined Memorial Regional Health in 2009.

2. She initially served as controller and was then promoted to CFO.

3. During her time at MRH, she helped open a new hospital, refinance the hospital’s original loan and secure financing for a new medical office building.

4. Kelsea Henry will succeed Ms. Arola as hospital CFO.

5. Ms. Henry will assume the role June 11.
