Essent Healthcare Names COO for Texas’ Paris Regional Medical Center

Essent Healthcare has promoted Thomas E. Dunning to COO of Paris (Texas) Regional Medical Center, according to an Essent news release.

Mr. Dunning currently serves as Essent’s vice president of product line development. He will replace former COO Bill Porter, who was named CEO of Paris Regional earlier this month.

Mr. Dunning has more than 20 years of healthcare management experience, including a position as CEO of Attentus Healthcare’s Lawrence Medical Center in Moulton, Ala.
