McAlester Hospital’s Third Leader in Less Than a Month Starts Work

Brian Dietz has started work at McAlester (Okla.) Hospital, the hospital’s third leader in less than a month, according to a McAlester News report.

Former president and CEO Shaun Beggs, who led MRHC since April 2005, was ousted by the board by an 8-1 vote on Oct. 7. He was hired initially as the hospital’s CFO in Oct. 2003.

Chuck Bess, vice president of the MRHC’s Ancillary Services Division, was named interim CEO at the Oct. 7 meeting. Mr. Bess resumed his normal duties when Mr. Dietz was appointed.
