Massachusetts’ Spectrum Health Systems Names New Board Members

Spectrum Health Systems, based in Worcester, Mass., has elected Mark P. Bilotta as chairman and Verilyn Mitchell as vice chairperson of its Board of Trustees, according to a Spectrum news release.

Mr. Bilotta has over 20 years of higher education administration experience and currently serves as CEO of the Colleges of Worcester Consortium. Ms. Mitchell is vice president for real estate planning and development at the MassDevelopment Finance Agency in Devens, Mass.

Spectrum also elected two new board members, Cathy Chrost of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and David Grenier of Culter Capital Management.
