Mr. Pullin most recently served as senior vice president and COO of Washington (D.C.) Hospital Center. He has more than 25 years’ experience in a variety of executive healthcare positions at facilities such as St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System, Baylor College of Medicine and Columbia/HCA Medical Center Hospital, all located in Houston.
Mr. Pullin succeeds Joseph M. Oddis, who left Harbor on June 30.
