The health system operates two hospitals, including 319-bed Manatee Memorial Hospital, which is owned and operated by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, in King of Prussia, Pa.
Mr. DiLallo has been the CEO since 2000 of Wellington (Fla.) Regional Medical Center, which is also operated by the UHS subsidiary.
He succeeds current Manatee CEO Moody Chisholm, who will become CEO of St. Vincent Healthcare, which operates a 528-bed St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, Fla.
