Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital names Dr. Derek Curtis CNO

Houston-based Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital, part of Houston-based Harris Health System, has named Derek Curtis, DNP, RN, CNO. Dr. Curtis’ new role began March 9.

Dr. Curtis has 15 years of nurse leadership experience in for-profit, nonprofit, military combat and governmental settings, in both the U.S. and abroad, with six of those years at the CNO level. He has worked in medical/surgical, oncology, critical, emergency and Level I trauma care, in addition to several other areas.
