Lifepoint Oregon hospital CEO resigns

Michael Mulkey, CEO of Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville, Ore., will step down from his role Nov. 1.

He is relocating to be closer to family, a spokesperson for Brentwood, Tenn.-based Lifepoint Health confirmed.

Mr. Mulkey has served as CEO of the 60-bed hospital since October 2022. He previously served as a chief strategy officer at Baptist Health System in San Antonio, according to a 2022 news release.
