Anthony Tersigni, president and CEO of Ascension Health, will step down to lead at the helm of Ascension Health Alliance. Robert Henkel, president of healthcare operations and COO of Ascension Health, will succeed Mr. Tersigni as CEO.
According to the report, the launch of Ascension Health Alliance will allow other companies “to partner with or invest in” Ascension without actually becoming a part of it.
