Ms. Silva joins Lake Norman Regional from St. Luke’s Medical Center in Phoenix and Tempe (Ariz.) St. Luke’s Hospital, both of which are IASIS Healthcare facilities. Her appointment at Lake Norman Regional was effective Nov. 15.
