Mr. Tracz replaces Michael Kittoe, who left Lake Health in January.
Prior to LakeHealth, Mr. Tracz served as senior vice president of finance and CFO at Toledo, Ohio-based Sylvania Franciscan Health. Mr. Tracz held the same position at LakeHealth from 2001 to 2010.
