Ms. Summers’ previous healthcare leadership experience includes time as senior vice president and COO of Charles Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport, Pa. In her new role, Ms. Summers will supervise day-to-day operations of TLC Health Network, which includes Lake Shore Health Care Center, Tri-County Memorial Hospital and Lake Shore Social Day Care.
