Ms. Allgood has been working with current CFO Gary Wangsmo, who has served as CFO since Jan. 2010 and announced plans to retire last spring. Ms. Allgood most recently served as director of finance at Evergreen Healthcare, a large public hospital in Kirkland, Wash.
