She will replace Carl Schindelar at the Rosedale, Md. hospital. Mr. Schindelar was promoted to executive vice president of hospital operations for MedStar Health’s Baltimore division.
Ms. Kirby most recently was COO for ambulatory services and programs for excellence at four-hospital Virtua in New Jersey.
