Sarasota (Fla.) Memorial Health System Appoints New COO and Interim CFO

David Verinder has been appointed COO of Sarasota (Fla.) Memorial Health Care System, according to a health system news release.

Mr. Verinder has served as the health system’s CFO since 2006. As COO, he will be responsible for ambulatory services, radiology, laboratory services, hospitality services and supply chain management, among others. He will also oversee the organization’s construction projects.

The healthcare system named William Woeltjen, previously treasurer for Sarasota Memorial, as interim CFO.
