Jackie DeSouza Appointed CEO of Lee’s Summit Medical Center in Missouri

Jackie DeSouza has been appointed CEO of Lee’s Summit (Mo.) Medical Center, which is part of Kansas City, Mo.-based HCA Midwest Health System, according to a Lee’s Summit Journal report.

Ms. DeSouza currently serves as COO of Kansas City, Mo.-based Research Medical Center, which is also part of HCA Midwest Health System. She has been serving in that role since Jan. 2006. Her executive duties at Lee’s Summit Medical Center are effective Nov. 28.
