Iowa hospital CEO to retire

Kim Price, CEO of Franklin General Hospital in Hampton, Iowa, plans to retire July 4.

He has served as CEO for 15 years, according to a March 19 Facebook post from the hospital. Under his leadership, Mr. Kim has helped the hospital grow, expand services and remain a trusted provider for its communities.

Franklin General is a 25-bed acute care hospital with two primary care clinics, a specialty clinic, an emergency department, a nursing facility and an assisted living facility. It is an affiliate of Des Moines, Iowa-based MercyOne, a member of Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health.
