Mr. Wood and Ms. Peters both cited personal reasons for their resignations, according to the report. Mr. Wood was appointed to interim CEO of Warner Hospital a year ago and was expected to apply for the CEO position.
Warner Hospital has brought in a search committee and a consulting firm to hire replacements for the leadership position. Donna Wisner, Warner’s CFO, will take over administrative duties until an interim is named, according to the report.
