Mr. Resnick, who has served at the helm of DCH for the past 19 years, also serves as president of the Board of Trustees of Health Services Corporation of Southeastern Indiana, a subsidiary of DCH. Prior to joining DCH in 1993, Mr. Resnick held top level positions at hospitals in Maryland and West Virginia. He also served as a CEO for a major consulting firm specializing in hospital reorganizations.
In preparation for Mr. Resnick’s retirement, the hospital board will work with a national search firm in its selection of a new CEO.
