Mr. Gillespie currently serves as a divisional CFO for HMA. He previously served as CFO of Ardent Health Services, a hospital operator based in Nashville, Tenn., and vice president of group operations at Community Health Services, another hospital operator based in Brentwood, Tenn. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gillespie spent seven years with HMA in the corporate office and as a CFO at a number of HMA hospitals throughout the country.
As executive vice president of operations finance, Mr. Gillespie will oversee several key areas for HMA, including revenue cycle management, operations finance, payor relations, physician practice management and nursing operations.
