Mr. King, who will also serve as ethics and compliance officer, previously was controller of Redmond Regional Medical Center, a 230-bed HCA hospital based in Rome, Ga.
Mr. King has been with Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA since 2002 and was part of HCA’s CFO executive development program.
