Mr. Manning has served in HCA Healthcare’s Mountain Division for 13 years, according to a Nov. 5 news release from the hospital.
He was previously COO of Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.
West Valley Medical Center is a 150-bed hospital and part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare.
