HCA Adds Ann Huntress Lamont to Board

Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America has appointed Ann Huntress Lamont to its board of directors.

Ms. Lamont is a managing partner at private equity firm Oak Investment Partners. She will be an independent director on HCA’s board, increasing the board member count to 14, and she will also serve on HCA’s compensation committee and nominating and corporate governance committee.

With Ms. Lamont’s appointment, HCA also announced two current nominating and corporate governance committee members — Stephen Pagliuca of Bain Capital and Michael Michelson of KKR — will resign from those posts.
