President of St. Dominic Health in Mississippi to Retire

Sister Mary Dorothea Sondgeroth, president of St. Dominic Health Services in Jackson, Miss., will be retiring at the end of this year, according to a Clarion Ledger report.

Sister Sondgeroth has been serving at the hospital for almost 50 years, serving the last 16 years as president. She will continue serving on the St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital board and contribute to the hospital’s fundraising efforts after her retirement.
