Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas has agreed to a systems improvement agreement with CMS in which outside CMS-approved consultants will help rectify its deficiencies after a re-survey found its emergency room still posed “immediate jeopardy,” according to a Bloomberg BusinessWeek report.
