Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas, has appointed Ralph Holcomb as chief information officer.

Mr. Holcomb joins Good Shepherd Medical Center with 18 years of experience in information systems administration. He most recently served as the director of information services with Baylor Jack and Jane Hamilton Heart and Vascular Hospital in Dallas.
