Galesburg Cottage Hospital CEO Earl Tamar resigns

Earl Tamar, MHA, CEO of Galesburg, Ill.-based Cottage Hospital, has resigned.

Mr. Tamar has served as the hospital’s CEO for the past four years. Cottage Hospital spokeswoman Eileen Inness did not comment on why Mr. Tamar resigned.

Barry Schneider will serve as interim CEO until the hospital finds a permanent replacement.
