After serving in an interim chief nursing officer role for two Tenet Healthcare hospitals, Shawn O’Connor, DNP, RN, has joined Evanston, Ill.-based Endeavor Health.
Dr. O’Connor became chief nursing officer of Chicago-based Endeavor Health Swedish Hospital in March, according to her LinkedIn page. From March to December 2025, she was interim CNO for Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital and Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital, which are both in Tucson, Ariz., and owned by Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare.
Dr. O’Connor announced the appointment in an April 5 LinkedIn post.
