Former Oracle director named regional CIO of Westchester Medical Center

Jeff O’Brien has been named vice president and regional CIO of Valhalla, N.Y.-based Westchester Medical Center Health Network.

Mr. O’Brien announced the appointment in a May 29 LinkedIn post.

Prior to the promotion, Mr. O’Brien served as director of client application services for Oracle, a role he held since 2022. Before Oracle acquired Cerner, he held various positions with the EHR vendor beginning in 2012.
