Before joining Mercy Medical Center North, Mr. Biggs served in leadership roles at St. Mary’s Health System and St. Mary’s Medical Center of Campbell County, both in Knoxville, Tenn. Mr. Briggs’ duties at Covenant Health are effective Oct. 31.
