The Fort Worth campus is expected to open in fall 2014.
Mr. Davis currently serves as CNO and COO of the Frisco campus.
Ms. Banigan previously served on the administrative team at Crescent Medical Center in Lancaster, Texas, consultant to the regional CFO for Dallas-based Phoenix House Foundation and CFO at Oasis Hospital in Phoenix and Gila River Healthcare in Sacaton, Ariz.
