Ms. Banigan previously served on the administrative team at Crescent Medical Center in Lancaster, Texas, consultant to the regional CFO for Dallas-based Phoenix House Foundation and CFO at Oasis Hospital in Phoenix and Gila River Healthcare in Sacaton, Ariz.
