Mr. Anderson, a former healthcare executive from Orange County, Calif., was hired as interim CEO in Jan. 2009, after the firing of CEO Arthur Gonzalez and interim service by accountant Michael Williams.
Following financial losses and a defection of patients to rival hospital systems, physicians at the 358-bed hospital have been calling on the hospital district board to hire an outside firm to run the hospital.
