Stephen Demers has been promoted to CEO of Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines, Fla., according to a Sept. 21 LinkedIn post from Hollywood, Fla.-based Memorial Healthcare System.
Mr. Demers has served as CEO of Memorial Hospital Miramar (Fla.) since June 2023, according to his LinkedIn profile. He first joined the system in 2022 as CEO of Memorial Hospital Pembroke in Pembroke Pines.
Before that, he was vice president of operations and chief of ambulatory networks at University of Miami Health System.
