Mr. Matlack is currently the president and CEO of RiverView Health in Crookston, Minn. He has been in healthcare since 1995.
Mr. Matlack will succeed Patrick Martin, who plans to retire July 1. Mr. Martin will help transition Mr. Matlack into his new position.
