Mr. Kilarski became the organization’s CEO in October 2011. Previously, he was president and CEO of Marymount Hospital and Marymount Health Care Systems in Garfield Heights, Ohio. He has also served as president of South Pointe Hospital in Warrensville Heights, Ohio.
During his tenure, he helped FirstHealth grow and it now serves 15 counties in the mid-Carolinas and 5,200-plus employees.
Mr. Kilarski is a fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives. He also serves on the North Carolina Health Care Association’s board of trustees.
