The physician services company began a restructuring effort to separate from its ambulatory surgery center business and named Jason Owen president and CEO in April. Envision also added general counsel in the last few months, and named three new C-suite executives Sept. 3:

  • Darik Reynecke, chief integration officer
  • Michelle Dean, chief people officer
  • Emily Ford, chief strategy officer

Mr. Reynecke will be responsible for improving Envision’s operations and position as a reliable partner for healthcare organizations. Ms. Dean will support clinicians and their teams for high quality care. Ms. Ford will manage Envision’s centralized strategy and business development functions.

“We are thrilled to welcome Derik, Michelle and Emily,” said Mr. Owen. “They are tenured executives with extensive experience driving transformation and growth at leading organizations. They will be pivotal in advancing our strategic objectives and continuing our operational excellence.”
