Missouri’s CoxHealth CEO Robert Bezanson Announces Retirement

Robert H. Bezanson will retire from his post as president and CEO of CoxHealth in Springfield, Mo., effective Dec. 31, according to a health system release.

Mr. Bezanson has served at the helm of CoxHealth since Aug. 1, 2004. Prior to serving as CEO, he served as executive vice president and COO since October 1995. Previous positions held at CoxHealth from 1981-1995 include administrator of Cox South, administrator of Shared Services and assistant administrator. A successor has not yet been named.
