Dr. Singer has more than 25 years experience in anesthesiology. He earned his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in 1981 and Bachelor of Arts in biology from University of Pennsylvanian in 1977. From 1982 to 1985, Dr. Singer was at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he served as chief medical resident and completed post doctoral training in anesthesia and fellowship training in critical care.
He served as Associate Board Examiner for the American Board of Anesthesiology from 1989 to 1992.
