The healthcare system created the position in 2018 to mitigate clinician burnout. In her new role, Dr. Jibilian will develop and implement initiatives to enhance the culture of the workplace for physicians and advanced practice clinicians at all of the system’s facilities.

Dr. Jibilian comes to LVHN from her position as chief resident at Durham, N.C.-based Duke University Medical Center’s department of pediatrics. She is “committed to reducing burnout for clinicians, promoting well-being and restoring joy in the daily practice of medicine,” the report said.
