1. Mr. Cordola currently serves as senior vice president of Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System and president of its west region.
2. His previous roles include serving as CEO of Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center and CEO of Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital, both based in Houston.
3. He serves as advisory board chair for the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston’s George McMillan Fleming Center for Healthcare Management.
4. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has served as president of ACHE’s Southeast Texas chapter.
5. He holds an MBA as well as a master of healthcare administration degree from The University of Houston-Clear Lake.
6. Mr. Cordola succeeds Jesús Garza, who is retiring.
