Ms. Marqusee currently serves as executive vice president and COO of Medford, Mass.-based Hallmark Health System.
She will be taking over duties from current president and CEO Craig Melin who plans to retire on Jan. 31. Matthew Pitoniak, board chair and CEO search committee chair, will serve as interim CEO until Ms. Marqusee assumes her new duties.
