Colorado Hospital CEO Resigns

Nancy Schmid, CEO of East Morgan County Hospital in Brush, Colo., has resigned, according to a report by the Fort Morgan Times.

Linda Thorpe, the hospital’s CFO, will serve as interim CEO until a permanent replacement is announced. She has served as CFO for EMCH since 2003.

East Morgan County Hospital is operated by Banner Health.
