Dr. Woodring has more than 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, most recently serving as associate administrator of operations at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo. In this capacity, he provided leadership for the safety-net health system, which includes an acute-care hospital and long-term care center. He previously served as CEO of Myrtue Medical Center and Shelby County Medical Corporation in Harlan Iowa.
Dr. Woodring holds a doctorate degree in healthcare leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
