For the past nine years, Dr. Cooper has served as Mercy Medical Group’s CMO and will retain those duties while expanding into a CEO role. He most recently oversaw the medical group’s acquisition of Cardiac Surgery West, a cardiovascular surgery team also in Sacramento.
