Cleveland Clinic Immunologist Vincent Tuohy Wins Sones Innovation Award

Cleveland Clinic immunologist Vincent Tuohy, PhD, has won the Clinic’s annual Sones Innovation Award, according to a news release.

Dr. Tuohy was recognized for his development of a breast cancer vaccine in laboratory mice.

The award recognizes individual efforts in advancing medical innovation and is named for F. Mason Sones, MD, a Cleveland Clinic cardiologist who researched imaging of arterial blockages.
