Milwaukee-based Children’s Wisconsin named Kevin Dahlman, MD, as president of primary care.
In the role, Dr. Dahlman will oversee the health system’s primary care and urgent care operations, including quality and safety, patient experience and team member engagement, according to a July 15 health system news release shared with Becker’s. He also will lead community partnerships and advocacy efforts focused on children’s health.
Dr. Dahlman is a board-certified pediatrician with more than 17 years of clinical and executive leadership experience. As a medical director, he helped develop pediatric care models, strengthen collaboration across care teams and expand the pediatric workforce.
Children’s Wisconsin is an independent pediatric health system with hospital locations in Milwaukee and Neenah, Wis.
