Ms. Holt has served as CFO at the hospital since June but resigned last week to move back to Colorado. Former CFO Allen Dow will return to the hospital to serve on an interim basis until a permanent successor is found.
Southern Coos Hospital has struggled to stabilize its finances and is considering a possible arrangement with Quorum Health Resources for its consulting services.
